How can I track my order once it is shipped?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and international payments?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Pakistan. For international customers, we support secure credit/debit card payments, and you can browse the store in your preferred local currency using our currency switcher at the top right.

What is your exchange and return policy?

We want you to love your outfits. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that customized orders and articles bought on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Do you provide unstitched fabrics or only stitched outfits?

We exclusively offer premium Ready-to-Wear (Stitched) luxury pret. All articles come fully stitched and finished according to our standard size charts, so you can wear them straight out of the box without any hassle.
